Then, its AI agents execute entire workflows end-to-end, handling tasks like routing requests, processing orders, and updating cases automatically. The system operates in the background, integrating with tools like Salesforce, SAP, Zendesk, and Microsoft Dynamics without requiring employees to learn a new interface. The AI is designed to continuously learn from interactions to improve its performance.

Tekst serves enterprise clients in industries such as technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and e-commerce, helping them automate areas like customer support, sales inquiries, and IT operations. The platform features include automatic detection of topic, sentiment, and language, as well as intelligent routing and analytics. The company emphasizes security and compliance, being ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant, and it does not store client data. In May 2024, Tekst announced it had raised €700,000 in a seed round led by Entourage, a venture fund started by Pieterjan Bouten, a co-founder of Showpad. This funding is intended to support the company's further development and commercial expansion across Europe. Notable customers include the medical technology company Becton Dickinson, dairy cooperative Milcobel, and HR services provider Securex.
