SYSTEM 3E is a Polish construction technology firm, founded in 2017, that is positioned to disrupt the building materials market with its patented wall construction system. The elements are designed for a dry-stack, interlocking assembly method, often compared to LEGO blocks, which eliminates the need for mortar, water, or additional insulation. This “click-click” method, which leverages the self-locking properties of the Morse taper design, significantly accelerates construction, allowing the external walls of a 100-square-meter house to be erected in a single day. This speed reduces labor costs and construction time by as much as 75% compared to traditional methods.

The technology serves a broad market, from single-family homes and residential developments to commercial, agricultural, and high-rise buildings, where the elements can be used as structural infill. Due to the properties of perlite, the resulting single-layer walls offer high thermal insulation, fire resistance (rated REI 240+M), and moisture resistance, which prevents the growth of mold and is beneficial for allergy sufferers. The entire system is designed for sustainability, with a circular cradle-to-cradle lifecycle, minimal construction waste, and a manufacturing process that reduces CO2 emissions and water usage. With patents secured in the EU, USA, and China, SYSTEM 3E has expanded beyond Poland, completing projects in the UK, Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden, and is planning further expansion, including the construction of a factory in the United States.
