STOKR is a digital investment platform that enables asset and fund managers to tokenize a wide range of financial assets to raise capital. Founded in 2018 by Arnab Naskar, Tobias Seidl, and Lennart Ante, the company is headquartered in Luxembourg. STOKR offers two main service lines: a full-service, end-to-end tokenization solution and a Tokenization-as-a-Service (TaaS) via an API for financial institutions. The platform is built on Bitcoin's layer-2 technologies like the Liquid Network and supports the entire lifecycle of digital securities, including structuring, smart contract deployment, compliance, and payment processing in both fiat and crypto. Key features include an investor verification process, management of the initial offering through smart contracts, and a token recovery process. The firm has facilitated significant issuances, such as the Blockstream Mining Note (BMN), and surpassed $1 billion in tokenized asset volume by June 2025.

STOKR has completed several funding rounds, including a €7.4 million round in late 2024 led by Fulgur Ventures, which included cash and Bitcoin to establish one of Europe's first corporate Bitcoin treasuries. The company has also made key appointments to strengthen its institutional partnerships and product development.
