This candidate, licensed from Mereo BioPharma, aims to improve semen quality and normalize testosterone levels, addressing a growing public health concern. In July 2025, ReproNovo announced the first participant enrollment in its U.S. Phase 2 trial for RPN-001. The second candidate, RPN-002 (nolasiban), is an oxytocin receptor antagonist acquired from ObsEva. It is being investigated as a first-in-class treatment for adenomyosis, a condition causing severe pain and bleeding, and to improve embryo implantation success rates in assisted reproductive technologies (ART).
