Ollin's second key program is OLN102, a first-in-class bispecific antibody for treating thyroid eye disease (TED) and the underlying Graves' disease. Licensed from VelaVigo, OLN102 targets both TSHR and IGF-1R receptors and is expected to enter clinical trials in 2026. By inhibiting both pathways, the company aims to offer improved safety and efficacy over existing treatments.
