Newrizon is a Chinese manufacturer of smart, connected new energy commercial vehicles, founded in September 2020. The company focuses on the logistics and transportation sectors, aiming to enhance efficiency and reduce carbon emissions. Its founder and CEO, Huang Chendong (also known as Charles Huang), is a former senior vice president of EV manufacturer Nio, bringing extensive experience from his time there and at SAIC Motor.

The company's business model revolves around the design, mass production, and sale of electric commercial vehicles, including light-duty trucks and vans. Newrizon generates revenue through vehicle sales and aims to develop its battery-swapping business and overseas operations. Its clients include major logistics companies like Lalamove, SF Express, and JD Logistics. Newrizon has launched several products, including the EC1, a 4.5-ton pure electric light truck developed with Sinotruk, and the iC1, its first in-house developed intelligent electric light truck. The iC1 features a five-minute battery swap capability, fast charging, and smart features like Firmware Over-The-Air (FOTA) upgrades and app-based remote control. The company began exporting its iC1 trucks to the Middle East in early 2024, marking its entry into the global market and has since signed exclusive dealership agreements in the GCC region.
