These decoys, which can mimic SSL VPNs or webmail login pages, are designed to be indistinguishable from a company's actual assets and are contextualized with their domains and certificates to appear legitimate to attackers who have already stolen credentials. When a threat actor attempts to use stolen credentials on one of these Baits, the system captures the login attempt in real-time, validates it to eliminate false positives, and sends an immediate alert to the security team. This allows the organization to reset the compromised password and neutralize the threat before the credentials can be used for a breach or sold on the dark web.

The business model primarily serves B2B enterprise clients. By providing actionable intelligence on active threats, MokN allows organizations to understand their specific exposure and strengthen their security posture. The platform has already been adopted by over 20 enterprises, protecting more than 500,000 users. Unlike traditional dark web monitoring, which often provides information after credentials have been circulated or used, MokN's solution intercepts them at the point of active testing by attackers, providing a critical and timely advantage.
