LIV's core product is a web-based Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance (ITM) platform that connects fire departments, third-party inspection companies, and business owners. The platform is offered at no cost to fire departments and other Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs). The software allows all stakeholders to track and manage inspection reports, deficiencies, and compliance deadlines in real-time. In August 2025, LIV secured a $28.7 million growth capital investment from Mainsail Partners to accelerate product innovation and customer support.
