Cytronic

Cytronic is a San Francisco-based robotic fulfillment company that operates automated third-party logistics (3PL) facilities as a service for direct-to-consumer brands. Rather than selling robots, Cytronic runs the full fulfillment system end to end: brands connect their e-commerce platforms, send inventory to a Cytronic facility, and the company stores, processes, and ships their orders using robotic picking, packing, and sorting with no upfront investment in robotics, real estate, or warehouse teams. Founded in 2024 by Kevin Gibbon, who previously built the fulfillment startups Shyp and Airhouse, Cytronic focuses initially on small-parcel orders for brands selling apparel, beauty, accessories, and household goods, aiming to cut fulfillment costs by turning higher order volumes into operating leverage.
