Cytovia Therapeutics, Inc., established in 2019, is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of allogeneic "off-the-shelf" gene-edited iPSC-derived Natural Killer (NK) and Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR)-NK cells. Another key asset is CYT-503, a CD38-targeting CAR-iNK product candidate being developed for multiple myeloma in collaboration with Cellectis.
