The platform provides a centralized digital workplace for distributed teams, aiming to streamline communication, scheduling, and employee recognition. Key features include secure individual and group messaging, task and goal assignment, and schedule management without requiring employees to share personal phone numbers. The application allows for one-tap shift coverage, file sharing, and the dissemination of announcements, which helps reduce the time managers spend on scheduling logistics. The business model included a free version with limitations on group size and a paid, tiered "Enterprise" subscription that offered expanded features for larger organizations with more complex needs, including compliance controls and advanced analytics.
