CABA-201 is a CD19-CAR T therapy designed to transiently deplete the entire B cell population, allowing the immune system to "reset" and repopulate with healthy B cells. This candidate is being evaluated in multiple Phase 1/2 clinical trials for conditions such as systemic lupus erythematosus, myositis, and systemic sclerosis, showing a generally well-tolerated safety profile in initial data.
