Brainchild Entertainment launched in September 2026 as a new children's entertainment company focused on building enduring franchises for young audiences. Fletcher Williams, Co-founder and COO, brings expertise in the entire franchise lifecycle, from production to global distribution. The founding team also includes Tara Day as CMO, who specializes in audience growth on digital platforms like YouTube, and Adina Pitt as Managing Director of Content, who previously spent 16 years at Warner Bros. Discovery leading content strategy and acquisitions for properties such as LEGO Ninjago and Barney.

The company's business model is centered on the belief that future major children's franchises will originate online. Its strategy is to develop and amplify intellectual property (IP) that is grounded in a research-led learning framework.
