Beijing Interstellor Human Spaceflight Technology Co., Ltd. (InterstellOr) is a private Chinese commercial human spaceflight company established on January 11, 2023. The company integrates the development of reusable human spacecraft with space tourism operations, aiming to become a key player in China's emerging commercial space sector. The founder and CEO is Lei Shiqing, who holds a master's degree from Renmin University of China with a research focus on human factors engineering in manned spaceflight.

InterstellOr's primary project is the "Crosser 1" (CYZ1), a reusable suborbital spacecraft designed to carry up to six passengers. The company's goal is to complete the development of this commercial spaceship within three to four years, with a target of beginning normalized space travel for private citizens by 2028. In pursuit of this goal, the company secured a multi-million dollar seed funding round in September 2023 and a 30 million RMB angel round in late 2024. The firm signed its first space tourist in October 2023.

The business model focuses on both human spaceflight and low-cost commercial payload transport. The company plans to generate revenue through the sale of space tourism tickets and by offering payload delivery services. To support its customer base, InterstellOr is also developing a "Space Tourists Club" and ground-based experiences, including astronaut training and aerospace-themed health and wellness programs.
