Its core offerings include the Alif super-app (formerly alif mobi), the Alif Shop e-commerce marketplace, and a 'Buy Now, Pay Later' service called Nasiya. The super-app provides services such as money transfers, bill payments for over 2,000 services, travel services, and investments. The Alif Shop marketplace allows customers to purchase goods on installment plans from thousands of partner stores. For businesses, Alif offers merchant acquiring services. The company serves over 4.4 million customers across Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Pakistan.
Alif has achieved significant milestones, including receiving the ICD Finnovation Award in 2020 and its Alif Shop project being named among the top 100 participants at the Entrepreneurship World Cup. In 2023, the Alif super-app passed a security verification by SNAPSEC. The company is currently in the process of obtaining a banking license in Uzbekistan to expand its services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Alif has secured substantial funding, including a $20 million investment from Accial Capital in 2024 and $3 million from the International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation (ITFC) in 2025.
