ACT Security is a stealth-mode cybersecurity startup headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel, established in 2025. Their previous venture, Medigate, developed a specialized cybersecurity platform for medical devices and the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT).

The new venture, currently known as ACT, secured $20 million in a seed funding round from notable investors including Team8 and the U.S. venture capital firm Bessemer Venture Partners. The company is operating in the cloud security market, aiming to provide a more advanced layer of protection that moves beyond traditional visibility and vulnerability disclosure. The core of its business model is to develop a platform that enables security teams to take concrete and effective actions to mitigate and reduce risks within their cloud infrastructures.
